What to Expect:

We receive your E-mail or telephone call.

 

A quick, simple introductory conversation in which remote viewing is performed in order to get an idea of paranormal activity, a slight indication of the amount of ghosts and some sense about the ghosts you may have.

 

Acknowledge that Ghost Chasers L.L.C. does not conduct investigations without your agreement to sign our Waiver stating that we can keep a record of your haunted location.

 

Agree on a date and time to investigate your location.

 

Initial walk-through. We will ask your permission to walk through the entire residency or building, using our clair-abilities and dousing rods noting what we see/sense.

 

We will then return to the more active areas of the location, conducting a full investigation using cameras, tape or digital recorders and rods. In the duration of the investigation, we will discuss with you what we see or sense, relay any messages to you from the ghost(s) haunting your location as well as ask you questions regarding your experiences with the paranormal activity.

 

After we are satisfied with our investigation and what paranormal activity or proof we have captured on film, hard disk, or sound recording, we will then move the ghost(s) into the light, forever removing them from your location. Before we leave, we will smudge your house with white sage in order to clear residual energy.

 

Ghost Chasers L.L.C. will provide a six-month guarantee that your house is and will stay "clean" of paranormal activity. If you contact us again within the six months of our initial investigation with you and we confirm your location is paranormally active, we will return to re-investigate and cleanse the location free of charge.

 

Cost/Travel:

GC is willing to travel to any destination in order to investigate and clear a true haunting.

Our rate for investigating and removing or "clearing" ghost(s) and/or paranormal activity  is $150.00 per house/dwelling/property regardless of the number of ghosts we remove.

GC's travel expenses are free of charge if your location is within 1 hour (60 miles) radius of the Greater Cleveland area . Travel expenses will be applied to any investigation lying outside of the aforementioned travel area. Details of travel expenses will be clarified via E-mail or a phone conversation.

For those interested in a spiritual "reading" or discernment: Readings are $50 for a minimum 30 minute phone/in person session. Note: Readings usually continue beyond the 30 minute mark.
